Rick is the mastermind behind event logistics. From coordinating load-in schedules to making sure every game lands in the right spot, he’s the guy with the plan. Rick thrives under pressure, whether it’s a midnight casino install or a same-day tradeshow flip. His attention to detail ensures that no matter how complex the event, clients only see the polished end result.

Anthony Zapiain — The Warehouse Manager

Anthony runs the home base. As Rick’s brother, you could say the “event game” runs in the family. Anthony oversees game prep, maintenance, and custom branding before anything ever leaves our warehouse. Every joystick, lightbulb, and felt surface passes through his team — so by the time games hit the truck, they’re event-ready and spotless.

Brian Pagaduan — The Production Lead

Once games leave the warehouse, Brian takes over. As Production Lead, he’s hands-on at events, managing setups, coordinating the crew, and solving problems on the fly. His leadership ensures AGR’s signature: quick installs, flawless presentation, and happy clients who don’t have to worry about a thing.

The Fleet That Moves the Fun

Backing up the crew are AGR’s two 26-foot box trucks. Always clean, always on time, and always ready to roll — they’re the silent workhorses that carry Las Vegas’ largest collection of arcade, casino, and custom games across the city (and beyond).
