Pac-Man is back—and he’s glowing. At AGR Las Vegas, we’ve just completed a restoration on one of the most iconic arcade games of all time: an original Pac-Man cabinet, rescued from years of wear and transformed into a show-stopping piece of retro gaming history.

From Rough to Ready

When we first picked up this classic, it was in pretty rough shape. The screen had gone dark, the buttons were unresponsive, and the cabinet had clearly lived a long, hard arcade life. But we saw potential—and knew we had to bring it back better than ever.

The Glow-Up: AGR Edition

Here’s what we’ve done so far:

✅ Replaced all buttons and the joystick for smooth, responsive gameplay
✅ Upgraded the monitor to a brand-new flatscreen (bright, sharp, and reliable!)
✅ Added custom LED lighting along the sides for an extra pop at events
✅ Deep cleaned and rebuilt internally for consistent performance and reliability
🚧 Side art is coming soon! We’re waiting on stencils to arrive so we can repaint the classic graphics by hand—just like the original.
